License Grants
CTDiskJockeys.com grants you a limited license to use the Service, solely for your own internal business or personal purposes subject to the terms of this Agreement. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you grants to CTDiskJockeys.com the non-exclusive, worldwide, right to use, copy, store, transmit and display your Customer Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service as intended. You shall not (i) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise make available to any third party the Service or the Content, (ii) modify or make derivative works based upon the CTDiskJockeys.com technology or the Content; (iii) commercially exploit the Service or the Content in any way, or (iv) create Internet "links" to the Service or "frame" or "mirror" any Content contained in, or accessible from, the Service on any other server, wireless or Internet-based device without obtaining written permission. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by CTDiskJockeys.com and its licensors.

Restrictions
You are permitted to store, manipulate, analyze, reformat, print, and display the Content only for your internal business or personal use subject to the terms of this Agreement. Unauthorized use, resale or commercial exploitation of the Service and/or the Content in any way is expressly prohibited. You agree not to reverse engineer the Service, or access the Service in order to (i) build a competitive product or service, (ii) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service, or (iii) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service. You shall not copy, license, sell, transfer, make available, distribute, or assign this license or the Content to any third-party.

Your Account
You is responsible for any and all activities that occur under your user account(s) and shall abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulations in connection with use of the Service. You is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account(s) and password(s) and for restricting access to your computer.

Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a review or other content. CTDiskJockeys.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant CTDiskJockeys.com and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. CTDiskJockeys.com AND ITS OWNER AND OPERATOR STORMCUBE TECHNOLOGY, LLC AND ITS LICENSORS MAKE NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTY AS TO THE RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, TRUTH, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT; CTDiskJockeys.com AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT (A) THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR OPERATE IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, SYSTEM OR DATA, (B) THE SERVICE WILL MEET CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, (C) ANY STORED DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (D) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY CUSTOMER THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, (E) ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR (F) THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER(S) THAT MAKE THE SERVICE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS;(III) THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" BASIS; AND (IV) ALL CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW BY CTDiskJockeys.com, ITS OWNER AND OPERATOR STORMCUBE TECHNOLOGY, LLC AND ITS LICENSORS.

Additional Rights
Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

Modification to Terms
CTDiskJockeys.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Service at any time and shall notify Customer by posting an updated version of this Agreement on the Service. Customer is responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute Customer's consent to such changes.

General
With respect to U.S. Customers, this Agreement shall be governed by Connecticut law and controlling United States federal law, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction, and any disputes, actions, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Stamford, CT. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the invalid or unenforceable provision(s), with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between Customer and CTDiskJockeys.com as a result of this agreement or use of the Service. The failure of CTDiskJockeys.com to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by CTDiskJockeys.com in writing. This Agreement, together with any applicable Order Form, comprises the entire agreement between Customer and CTDiskJockeys.com and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions or agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.
